Creative refurbishment of a former public utilities building
The project: Following complex legal negotiations, this vacant, unloved former Severn Trent Water building in the centre of Birmingham was completely refurbished.
With the addition of an extra floor, it created over 40,000 sq ft of grade ‘A’ quality office accommodation at an affordable rent of £14 psf.
