This site was developed following very complex negotiations with freeholder Birmingham City Council and West Midlands Police.
Originally earmarked as a site for warehouse and distribution premises, West Midlands Police approached Sandpiper with a request that this site be developed to rehouse the defunct custody cells at Steelhouse Lane police station in Birmingham city centre.
After sensitive negotiations a deal was agreed and after an even more sensitive construction project this state of the art facility is the result.
