From run-down restaurant to prestigious commercial headquarters
This unloved licenced premises was leased to a major brewery who were trading very poorly. Delicate negotiations were undertaken with the brewery and local authority to ensure a redevelopment of the site that would be satisfactory to all.
The brewery surrendered their lease of the property and the site has ultimately been redeveloped as a 30,000sq ft U.K headquarters for Porcelanosa – the international bathroom fittings and tile company.
